Order never came.
Ordered well over a month ago and received no tracking information and nothing to contact them. Order was over $1,500. No one has gotten back to me.

I received by order confirmation but never received my tracking information and it’s been over a month. I’ve been trying to contact them but have had no reply.

All these recent reviews are fake!!!! There is NO WAY!!! They are scammers!!!!!!!! I already wrote a bad review 6 days ago , saying how I ordered March 4 and it is about to be may 10 and still no update. They had also ghosted me and stop replying to my emails. I now need to contact my bank because this company is a scam!!!!! I spent about 300 bucks!!!!! I will also be reporting them to BBB. If you read the other bad reviews ( that they try to hide them by bombarding trust pilot with fake reviews ) you will see that when people contact them on instagram about them stealing their money or asking where their package is, they are constantly deleting comments! SCAM!

I’ve ordered from Outcast multiple times now and the shipping times are mostly very fast within Sydney. Although there has been occasions where there has been delays due to factory moves or sales. The designs are unique and new pieces released every week.

One of my go to stores for dresses for a night out. I either love or hate their items and always look forward to their new arrivals! Customer service and returns process is great and that is why I keep shopping there.

The order came very quick (within a week), it was nicely packaged in the bag. The actually product matched the picture online, the fabric was thick and colourful and didn’t fade in washing. The overall made and seems of the top was secure.

Really great innovative outfits, fast shipping for the most part (some pre order items take months so keep that in mind before ordering). I agree with some of the reviews that some outfits are just photoop moments and you can’t wear them out as they’re so short they don’t cover anything. I’m quite petite, a size 4, 155cm tall and 43kgs and sometimes the XXS is too short.. but it depends on the make. It’s a shame that they don’t refund and only issue a credit note but I always end up buying more so it’s not too big of an issue! Keep in mind if you have D cup or bigger, most if not all of their items (well in my experience anyway) won’t fit up top, but if you size up the body will be big. Would be good if outcast made the bust area a little bigger for the size XXS/ XS items but kept the rest the same. Overall would recommend the quality is great and I love how festivalish the range is, however a little pricey I found some items but I would buy again!!
