"I had to cancel my order..."
I had to cancel my order, they handled it way faster than I expected. There was no stress at all, and I got the refund update quickly too. Really appreciated how easy the whole thing was

"Seems legit to meee"
It looks legit to me. My order went through totally fine, no real issues there. Shipping was just a liiittle slow, but other than that, everything was good.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order did show up on time, which I appreciated, but I remember feeling a little disappointed as soon as I picked up the package. The mailer had a small tear on the side and looked like it had been squished around during shipping.

Thankfully, the clothes inside were totally fine, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Still, for the price, I guess I expected the packaging to feel a bit more secure. Not a terrible experience, just one of those little letdowns you remember.

The clothes were actually nice, but I was surprised by the extra duty fees when the package showed up. I guess I should’ve checked more closely, well, actually, I wish the checkout had made it more obvious. Shipping was fine overall, it just ended up costing more than I expected

These looked so much better in the photos than they did in person... The designs just felt kind of cheap?? And a little awkward to wear/look at, not at all the style I thought I was getting!!! Definitely not my vibe, and I probably wouldn’t buy again based on the style alone...

"Clear preorder details, even for someone like me"
I appreciated that the preorder dates were listed right up front. I’m the kind of person who tends to skim and then blame myself later for missing stuff, so it was nice not having to guess. When the date shifted a little, they emailed about it, which helped because I’m not always great about checking back on orders. Overall it was an easy experience, and I’d buy from them again.

I used a promo code on Outcast Clothing and felt so relieved when it worked right away at checkout. "Pretty solid for the price"
I wasn’t expecting much because of the price, but the hoodie actually showed up looking nice and it fits me well. Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about there. If anything, I blame myself for assuming it would feel cheap. For the money, I’m happy with it and I’d definitely buy again.

I ordered from outcast-clothing.us the payment part was really easy. I used my card, it went through right away, and there were no weird errors or anything like that.
I also got the confirmation email quickly, which I always look for when I’m buying clothes online. It just makes me feel better knowing the order actually went through.

Nothing too exciting to say, really. It worked, it was simple, and there were no double charges or problems, so yeah, that’s pretty much all I needed.

"Good updates, just a lot of emails"
I do like getting the updates, but they definitely email more often than I probably need. I usually check my inbox while I’m having coffee in the morning, so it’s not a huge deal, but sometimes it feels like there’s always another one sitting there. To be fair, they’re easy enough to skim, and I actually did catch a sale through one of the emails that I ended up using. Not terrible at all, just a little much sometimes. 4 stars from me.

"Not sure my order lived up to the reviews..."
I ordered this after seeing all the good reviews, but honestly... my experience wasn’t quite the same. Shipping took longer than I expected, and the fit was a little off for me. Customer service did respond, but they weren’t especially helpful. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I probably wouldn’t be in a rush to order again

"Cute styles, but sizes go fast"
They have some really cute stuff, honestly. But the size I wanted was sold out twice, which was frustrating. The restock took a while too, so yeah, a little annoying when you’re ready to buy.
